Purchasing & Payment
Once you have completed your basket, proceed to the checkout by clicking the “Checkout” button at the top of your page. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order request.
Payment can be made via Handypay or Paypal.
You will receive an order confirmation by email. This will contain your unique order number, please quote your order number in all communications.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will place on back order for you. You will always be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Payment is not taken for back ordered goods until they are in stock and are ready to ship.
Shipping and Handling
For products to be delivered within the United Kingdom we will ship either by first class post or delivery by carrier.
Delivery
FREE DELIVERY – Applies to any order over £24.95 (UK only Mainland)
Orders placed before 2pm will be despatched same day where possible and most items will be despatched within 24 hours.Orders placed after 2pm on Friday are normally despatched on Monday.
